Payment & Policies
How to Pay
We accept secure payments via BACs bank transfer. Banking details will be provided upon booking confirmation. Please ensure you include your dog's name as a reference to help us track your payment.
Payment Due Date
To secure your session, full payment must be received at least 24 hours before your appointment. Failure to pay within this timeframe may result in your session being released to other clients.
Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations made with more than 24 hours' notice are eligible for a full refund or rescheduling. Cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable, as this time has been specifically reserved for you and your dog.
If I need to cancel your appointment, you will have the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.
